Custom decorated items cannot be returned, however we will gladly replace or refund any defective items or products with decoration which differs severly from the digital proof provided to you at the time of purchase. In some cases we will require you to return the defective products in which case an RMA number will be issued to you aolng with instructions and return postage. We must be notified of any return request within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in like-new condition to be eligible for return.
