Custom decorated items can generally not be returnable, however, we will gladly replace or refund any defective items or products with decorations that vary significantly from the digital proof provided to you at the time of purchase. Unfortunately InstaShirt cannot be held responsible for user input errors such as misspellings so please review your artwork carefully before finalizing your purchase. In some cases you may be required to return the defective products. In these cases an RMA number will be issued to you along with instructions and return postage.
