When your order ships you will recieve a tracking number with a scheduled delivery date.
The arrival date of your order can be estimated by adding the Production Time to the Estimated Shipping Time. If you’ve received an Order in Production Confirmation e-mail you can add the estimated shipping time to the scheduled ship date.
Production Time: Measured and quoted in business days which excludes weekends and public US holidays. Orders submitted and fully paid by 12:00pm PST are processed the same business day they are received. Orders received after 12:00pm PST will be processed the following business day. Production time begins the first business day after the day that your order is confirmed. Your order will ship on the last day of production unless otherwise noted.
Order in Production Confirmation: Once the production and ship date of your order has been scheduled you will receive an order status notification email informing you that your order is now considered “In Production.” This email will include the scheduled ship date of your order.
Digital Print Orders:
-For Orders of 72 imprints or less: 5 Business Days Production Time
-For Orders of 73+ imprints or more: 6-7 Business Days Production Time
Screen Print Orders: 10-12 Business Days Production Time
Embroidery Orders: up to 15 Days Production Time
Estimated Shipping Time: All orders (over $49) qualify for free ground shipping in the continental US. Free ground shipping is sent via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and is fully tracked and insured. Standard delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days please see the map below for estimated ground shipping times. Expedited shipping is also available.
