What if I have a problem with my order?
Your order is Worry-free with our Satisfaction Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure your order comes out perfect we know that sometimes mistakes can happen. We stand behind every product we ship with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to and if we make a mistake we will make it right 100% of the time. Custom decorated items can generally not be returnable, however, we will gladly replace or refund any defective items or products with decorations that vary significantly from the digital proof provided to you at the time of purchase. Unfortunately InstaShirt cannot be held responsible for user input errors such as misspellings so please review your artwork carefully before finalizing your purchase. In some cases you may be required to return the defective products. In these cases an RMA number will be issued to you along with instructions and return postage.
