    We usually try to get these orders out SAME DAY or the next day at the latest (M-F). Larger order could take an extra day, so call or email us to double check our availability if you are in a real bind. 

    These shirts are almost always Gildan 5000(heavy cotton) or 2000 (Ultra Cotton), 100% cotton tees, as those are what we like to wear, and print on. On rare occasion we will sub them out for something else if there is a shortage in a particular color, but it is a rarity, any normal person would never be able to tell the difference anyway. The reason we like the Gildan line so much is because they are the best shirt for the price,and the best shirt in their respective "classes". There are several brands of shirts that cost more, but that doesn't mean they are better shirts. DTG Express simpy means NO WHITE UNDERBASE. The ink is transparent in nature, just like your home or office computer printer. Any part of your design that is white will not show up on the shirts, just like your home printer does not print white ink, neither does DTG Express . All the colors listed here work really well for almost any style design. The only one not really recommended for photos is the yellow. White shirts have the potential to ship same day/next day on smaller orders, but this is not guaranteed, and you should not count on it. DTG Express Full Color Custom T-Shirts are printed FAST.
