DTG printing is done on an ink jet printer that prints right onto your t-shirts and sweat shirts. The set-up time is very fast and you can print your favorite photos, designs or words right onto the garment. The cost is surprisingly affordable because the process is so quick and easy. DTG cannot print white ink. We use only darker colored inks. For that reason, only light-colored or white t-shirts and sweat shirts can be used.

Even though DTG works only with white or light-colored t-shirts, you can add a measure of color by selecting ringer t-shirts, ones that come with colored bands on the collar and the sleeves.

For best results, we suggest that you choose t-shirts made from 100% cotton.

You can put graphics anywhere on the t-shirt's 14x16 area. In general, however, it's usually better to place your message higher.

Screen Printing, AKA Screenprinting, Screen-printing, or "Silk Screen" is the age old process of squeezing ink through a stencil. We can now print up to 10 colors, and do full color simulated-process with our new auto-press.  

6 PIECE MINIMUM (no setup fees). 

Screen Printing , Screen-printing, Screenprinting or "Silk Screen" is the age old process of squeezing ink through a stencil. It is an incredibly messy process that takes a lot of time to set up (and clean up after), so we have a 6 piece minimum (no setup fees).  The trick to screen printing is that the more total shirts you order, the cheaper each shirt gets.  For instance, 200 black shirts, with one color of ink on the front (or any one location) will cost only $4 each.  However, only 24 of the same shirt will cost about $7.50 each.
