How It Works - You choose from name brand blank goods in numerous styles and price ranges.
- Use our thousands of images and hundreds of fonts - or upload your own graphic to create the perfect design.
- Each order is reviewed by a member of our production team and, if needed, any design improvements are recommended (or taken care of)
- Your products are then professionally screen-printed using the highest quality, longest lasting inks available. Digitally Printed products are printed using one of the most advanced Direct-To-Garment Printers availiable (Brother Gt-541). All prints are of the highest washability standards and will last the lifetime of the garment.
- We pack them up, print a label, and ship them directly to your door.
Pricing- Instashirt's prices are substantially lower than other providers and all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges, and shipping is free to the continental US.
- The prices are based on the total quantity, the color & brand of the blank item you select, and, for screen-printing, the number of colors in your design.
- Price quotes display and update in real-time as you create your custom order.
Minimums- There are no minimum for Digital Printing (that means you can order just one!).
- There is a 6 piece minimum for Screenprinted T-shirts.
Turn Around- For t-shirts and most other products, standard turn around is 5-10 business days (plus shipping) - NOT GUARANTEED.
- Most Digital Print Orders ship within 48-72 hours (not typical for American Apparel).
- All delivery times are quoted in "working" days (M-F, holidays excepted)
- Guaranteed Rush Shipment is available for most t-shirts (Please allow up to 10 days for rush orders with individual names and/or numbers when available.)
- 1 week guaranteed production - 20% (plus expedited shipping fees if applicable)
- 3 days guaranteed production -35% (plus expedited shipping fees if applicable)
- Next day guaranteed production (if available) - 50% (plus expedited shipping fees if applicable).
- As customer service is one of our primary objectives, we will make every effort to meet your needs without charging the "rush charge". Our work-load and production schedule changes on a daily basis, so you will want to email or call to see what our current production time is. Adding the rush charge to your order guarantees the turn around time specified.

Art Submission Guidlines - Any artwork created on the Online Designer, as well as any uploaded art will be subject to compliance with our Artwork Guidlines. Please reviw them before submiting an order.
- The maximum print size of any Digital Print is 14x16 in.
- The maximum print size of any SCREENPRINTED design is 13x19 in (or as large as the smallest shirt allows). Any design exceding this size will be scaled down to fit our requirements. To make a special exception you must Contact Us via email.
- Your submitted or uploaded design MUST be at least 300 Pixels/inch at the FULL SIZE of the intended print, otherwise the quality of the final print may be diminished.
- All file types MUST be flattened and converted into a JPEG, PNG or GIF in order to be submitted to the ONLINE DESGNER. (files submitted via email should be vector .eps or .ai)
- If you do not have a program to do this, then DOWNLOAD GIMPSHOP. GIMPSHOP is essentially the free version of Adobe Photoshop, and with a little practice will allow you to create really nice graphics.
- All Screenprinting is done via the SPOT COLOR method, meaning each color is printed as a solid color. Any shading will be converted to "halftone" dots of solid color. Any lines smaller than 1/16th of an inch may be washed out. Simulated process is available for orders of 500 units or more. Email us for details
- Colors are matched as accurately as possible. Given variation in color of computer monitors, we simply cannot gurantee perfect color accuracy unless you supply us with a Pantone # (PMS).
- We CANNOT PRINT OVER ZIPPERS OR SEAMS.
- ANY ARTWORK NOT MEETING ARTWORK GUIDLINES MAY BE REJECTED OR ADJUSTED.
- ANY EXTENSIVE GRAPHICS WORK MAY BE CHARGED A GRAPHIC DESIGN FEE OF $60/HR.
- When submitting art to us directly (via emai) we most preffer vector based art (eps, ai, etc). if vector art is not available please supply art at lease 300 dpi tiff, psd, or pdf.
Guarantee - We are not Wal-Mart. That being said, If we screw up, we'll make it right. If you screw up, We'll do our best to help you out. We combine advanced order processing systems with careful personal review of each order to ensure the highest accuracy levels in the industry.
- Your products go through our rigorous quality-control process to ensure that they will look just like what you created on our site - and we get them to you on time.
- Screen printing (like any other printing) is not an exact science, we do all we can to match colors and make your art look as good as it possibly can, but since every monitor in the world is a little different, we cannot guarantee exact color matching unless you pay for a pantone match. Matching colors with simulated process is even more difficult.

- All we ask is that you notify InstaShirt within 14 days of receiving your order before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

My graphic uploaded, but it looks blurry... You are actually looking at a modified version of your graphic "formated to fit this screen". The design software has taken your graphic and sized it down based on the assumption that you have submitted "full size art". The blurryness is usually the result of low resolution art being uploaded. While this art is usually ok for digital printing, it may not fly with screen printing. We may be able to fix it for you. How can I tell if my graphic will look ok with DTG printing?
If you can print it out on your home printer and it looks ok, than it will print on DTG. If you print your graphic and it looks choppy, that is how it will look on your printed shirts. My graphic still has white stuff on it even though I clicked "remove white." Will that be part of the print?
No. the white specs you see are actually "not white" which is why you still see them. Our graphic Dept will make sure none of those end up on your shirts. Will my graphic have the [pick a color] box around it? No, we only print the colors you have specified in the layers. If you have a red graphic on a black background, and you don't want the black to print, simply upload the design as a 1 color design.

Can I mix and match styles and sizes within my order?Absolutely! Mixing sizes is all part of the deal. Changing styles of shirts usually becomes time-consuming and confusing to our ordering and production departments (and should not be done in the designer). We realize this is often necessary, so we allow it, however you can expect longer production times, and a minimum 5% "mixing fee" on the entire order. This service (beta) has just been added to our ONLINE DESIGNER and is now available through our online ordering process. Names are available for $4.25 each, and numbers are available for $3.50 each. Can I get a PRINT SAMPLE?Yes. We offer Randm Screen-Printed samples (taken at random from whatever we are printing that day.
